November 20, 2006 - Well... I'm not a complete liar. I promised in September that I'd keep this website "annoyingly up to date" this season and I've pretty much done that (well except for the all important homepage). But don't worry, Mike has been on my case all week saying things like "...even some of my friends have been calling to see what's going on." So I guess he's the real liar in this situation because we all know that Mike has absolutely no friends. So please feel free, if you haven't already done so, to check out all the pages on this site for new content. Also, I should have an updated links page and members listing by the end of this week. So without further ado, here are some important dates to remember...
Friday, November 24th
The rest of the New Year's Trip deposits are due today! The A.S.S. Executive will be at Maguire's Irish Pub from 5-7 p.m. to take your money and to buy everyone who's going on the trip a beer. This is a perfect opportunity for everyone to meet each other and have a little bonding time before we head out at the end of December. Heck, if things go well enough we might even place some bets on who's going to hook up on the trip (I already have bets down on Mike for 1000 to 1 odds of getting any action besides a kiss from his mom before he leaves).
Sunday, December 3rd
The masterminds behind Escape Sports have hooked us up with a wicked demo opportunity. Between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. we'll be out at Blackstrap Lake trying out the amazing new sport of SnowKiting. This event is absolutely free to A.S.S. Club members and I think anyone would be stupid to pass it up. For more information check out our Events page. I'll have waivers and maps up as soon as Early hooks me up.
Friday, December 22nd
Well the 1st Beer Night of the year was a giant success, so we on the A.S.S. Executive thought why not throw another one? It's going to go for $5 again, and as an added bonus for all of those university student members it's on the last day of finals! So come on out and celebrate with your favourite people and we'll toast to barely passing finals, sweet prizes and good times had by all.
Lastly, I'll leave all you guys with some words of wisdom from Harrison: "
I am the hunter Mike, and I don't play by the rules, I take down the lost doe, and eat it Mike, raw." See you all on the slopes!

September 29, 2006 - The new and improved A.S.S. Club Executive has been working night and day and we've finally worked out the kinks! We have a huge week coming up and we want everyone to come out and support your favourite club. Some important dates to remember....
Monday - Thursday, October 2nd -5th
A.S.S Club memberships are on sale in the Place Riel tunnel. Just like last year, they cost $10- but it's a small price to pay for all the amazing benefits and joy it will bring you. Remember: you can't participate in the wicked beer nights or the extreme trip we have in the works without one!
Thursday, October 5th
Mark this one down in your daily planners boys and girls. This is the night of our first beer night of the new season. The A.S.S. Club is notorious for our sick parties and this one should be no exception. All I know right now is that it's going to be at Maguires Irish Pub and that it's probably going to be from 8-10 p.m. I'll give you guys more information as soon as I get it!
